There is absolutely NO COST to the Community Associations we serve to publish their newsletter. Mind’s Design absorbs all the printing and delivery costs.
In fact, Mind’s Design Studio gives 50% of the profit made each month to our community associations.
Our official community newsletters go directly to your target market! This is because our newsletters are supported by both the residents and the community associations we serve.
There is an average of 2.5 persons per household that will read their official newsletter.
Official newsletters have a long life! They remain in households for up to 6 months – many residents even collect them.

Each month, Mind’s Design Studio creates highly anticipated professional publications that reflect community interests. These include community news and events, empowering articles, philanthropic initiatives, exciting tidbits, quotes and contests. We also encourage local advertising to help the residents of each community know where to go for all their needs. Our advertising strategies for unique and seasonal ads allow for a nice variety each and every month. Our advertisers receive quality advertising with incredible exposure. Mind’s Design also offers professional ad design at a very reasonable price. We allow free monthly updates to ads to keep them fresh and to keep the readers interested.

Community Benefits

As with all of Mind’s Design newsletters, we give back 50% of the profit to each community association we serve. This money goes into special events, activities and programs at the community centre, upgrades, as well as philanthropic initiatives throughout the year.

Our mission is to create an inspiring resource for residents and advertisers to become more involved and prosperous within their communities.
